Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using Testimoon (the "Service") operated by Visiored ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Testimoon is a testimonial collection tool. It lets you create collection forms, gather feedback from customers, manage those responses, and display selected testimonials on your website with widgets. We may use automated tools, including AI, to draft a form from a website URL you provide.
To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Testimoon offers both free and paid services. The free plan lets you collect unlimited testimonials and use basic forms and widgets. Paid plans add features such as removing Testimoon branding and extra customization. What each plan includes may change as we ship updates.
Paid subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed through Creem, and by purchasing a paid plan, you agree to comply with their terms and conditions. We allow refunds within 7 days of purchase only if you have not made substantial use of paid features during that period. Please contact us to request a refund. The same window applies to lifetime purchases.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel a plan only through the Creem customer portal. We provide a link to your customer portal on the account page. If you cancel, you may continue to use the Service until the end of your current billing period, but your subscription will not renew afterward.
Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It gives you access to the Pro plan for as long as Testimoon is operated as a service, without a recurring fee. We may still change what Pro includes over time.
You may submit website URLs, form content, images, testimonials, and other materials to the Service ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and share any User Content you submit, and that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, store, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service, including generating collection forms, storing testimonials, and rendering widgets on your behalf.
If someone submits a testimonial through your form, you are responsible for how you use and publish it.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You also agree not to interfere with the security, operation, or performance of the Service.
If you embed a Testimoon widget on another site, you are responsible for that site and for complying with any laws that apply to collecting and publishing testimonials there.
The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google, Creem, and OpenAI. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, actions, or policies of third-party services.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms, or if your use of the Service is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
In no event shall Visiored, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Visiored makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their Service, or the information, content or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service, its content, and any services or items obtained from us is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.
