We had testimonials on our site the same afternoon. Customers actually fill the form in, and the good ones go straight onto our pricing page.

Finally stopped copy-pasting tweets into our landing page. The widget updates itself when we approve something new.

The form read like we wrote it ourselves. Our clients answered in a couple of minutes and the quotes were better than anything we would have written.

Everything below is on the Free plan.
Every testimonial from every form lands in one list, newest first, with the rating and answers.
Nothing reaches your widgets until you approve it. Unapprove any time and it disappears from your site.
Trust a form completely? Turn on auto-approve for it and new testimonials go live straight away.
Each testimonial shows whether the customer agreed to public use or asked to keep it internal.
Testimonials are grouped by customer, with their contact details, social profiles and average rating.
Got praise by email or in a call? Add it by hand so every testimonial lives in one place.
Turn any testimonial into an image for social posts, with your own colors and layout.
The last step of every form asks the customer how their testimonial may be used. Their answer is saved with it and shown in your inbox.
Public use
“You may share my testimonial on your website, social channels, and other customer-facing materials.”
Internal only
“Keep my testimonial internal.”
Both labels are the defaults and can be reworded in the form editor.
Testimonial management means keeping every testimonial in one place, reviewing them before they are published, and tracking who said what and whether you may use it. Testimoon does this in one inbox connected to your forms and widgets.
Yes. The inbox, approval, auto-approve, consent, customers and adding testimonials by hand are all on the Free plan, with unlimited testimonials.
Every Testimoon form ends with a consent step. The customer chooses between public use and keeping the testimonial internal, and that choice is stored with the testimonial so you can check it before approving.
Only if you want them to. By default each testimonial waits for your approval. Turn on auto-approve for a form to skip that step.
You can add testimonials by hand in the dashboard, with the customer’s name, company, rating and quote. They then work in widgets like any other testimonial.
Create a form, share it, and keep every testimonial. Upgrade later if you need the extra bits.
